Every Saturday and Sunday, IYF offers free weekend academies designed to empower youth in entrepreneurship and self-employment.
We provide a comprehensive 3-month certificate course covering diverse lectures, with sessions held weekly on Saturdays and Sundays. Participants will also benefit from internship and placement opportunities through IYF, our partner organizations, schools, and established MOUs.

Students are trained in the IYF Weekend Academy program each year.
The Academy offers over 50
courses, giving a wide range of learning opportunities at no cost.

During my time volunteering with the IYF training program, I gained invaluable character development and a positive worldview that has greatly impacted my life and career. Through an internship at GBS TV, I learned TV production and digital marketing, which led me to co-found Conversations with Nandy, where we advocate for creating meaningful change through media.
At the age of 10, I started using drugs to escape the pain of a violent home. By my teenage years, I was trapped in addiction. However, through the Mind Education program, I learned to understand how the heart works and the value of communication, which brought me happiness. I also had the opportunity to volunteer in Uganda for a year, which broadened my perspective on serving others and inspired me to nurture my dreams.
My grades couldn’t get me into a public university, and my family couldn’t afford a private one. For 3 years, I was lost in alcohol and marijuana, battling hopelessness and suicidal thoughts. In August 2009, I met IYF, which became my turning point. Through their Mind Education Program, I transformed my life, and today, as the National Coordinator, I travel the world as a Mind Education Specialist.
